For the past two decades, Dr. Jesse Ehrenfeld has conducted clinical research focusing on biomedical informatics leading to the presentation of over 200 abstracts at national\/international meetings and the publication of more than 200 manuscripts in high impact peer-reviewed journals. He has co-authored twenty-two clinical texts.<\/p>\n

His interests within bioinformatics include: perioperative systems design, real-time decision support via pragmatic applications of process monitoring & control, and the development\/application of intraoperative outcomes measures.<\/p>\n

His work around improving physiologic monitoring and patient safety includes five other major academic centers where he is now determining how decision support tools can best impact perioperative care.<\/p>\n
